• Small orders (12 cupcakes or less) - Send a message or call at least 14 days before you need to pick up; For larger orders - message or call at least 1 month prior; For wedding orders -  message or call at least 3 months  prior.
• Orders are not confirmed until full payment is received for small orders under $100.00 or 50% deposit is paid for larger orders over $100.00 with full payment due 14 days prior to pick up or delivery
• In the case of messages, I will contact you and confirm your order (size, quantity etc)
• Payment to be made via direct deposit or PayID 
• Once payment is received a pick up date and time will be finalised
• I am located in Pacific Pines which is 5 minutes from Movie World at the Gold Coast
• Under special circumstances I can offer delivery to the following suburbs - Helensvale, Pacific Pines, Oxenford and Maudsland. There will be a delivery fee of $10.00 to addresses in these suburbs (personal note included)

Collection can be organised for Monday to Friday 2pm to 5pm, and Saturday evening between 6.30pm and 7.30pm . I will book in a specific pick up time with you for handover of your beautiful order. If you are unable to make the specified time, I will reschedule another suitable time. 

Unfortunately due to the nature of my custom products, I am unable to offer refunds. I am able to hold your order for up to 24 hours in certain circumstances, and may be able to offer delivery by special arrangement. If I amunable to fulfil your order for any reason I will offer a full refund.

Cupcakes by Jackie is a licenced fixed food business with Gold Coast City Council, an Accredited Individual Member of ACDN and fully insured. I am proud to offer a professional service to my customers and provide my cupcakes to the highest food safety standards.

• Due to the custom nature of my production, colours may slightly vary (I endeavour to maintain consistency with my colours to the best of my ability)
• Every flower is different just like in nature, so each of my beautiful creations is unique
• Once an order has been picked up, Cupcakes by Jackie takes no responsibility for damage to the cupcake order. I recommend great care be taken to protect your order from movement in your vehicle
• Cupcakes are best stored in a cool dry place, away from heat and direct sunlight. The cupcakes are best eaten within 4 days of pick up
• Please contact me within 24 hours should there be any problems with your order
•  Unless otherwise arranged, my cupcakes contain egg, dairy products and gluten. Whilst all care is taken, the food preparation surfaces have intermittent contact with nuts. I offer special order gluten free or vegan options.

Cupcakes are made with a Buttercake batter which has a smooth and subtle buttery taste. I also offer Gluten free vanilla  or Gluten free / Vegan vanilla, upon special request (surcharge may apply).

The buttercream is vanilla flavoured.
